Our chefs, Joost Ruiten & Abel Cardozo, will delight you with special dishes created with the freshest ingredients available.

Our kitchen is the heart of the hotel. Each dish reverberates with the feeling of the castle: the delicious Mediterranean cuisine that grows in our kitchen garden or that is brought each day from neighbouring farms and nearby fishing ports.
